A/ Job Summary: answering telephones, typing or word processing, making copies of documents, and maintaining records
B/ Responsibilities
1. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
2. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
3. Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
4. Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
5. Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
6. Deliver messages and run errands
B/ Responsibilities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ Job Requirement:
- Having at least 3-year experiences in bonded warehouse
- Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, Internet, email)
- Hard-working, honest, high sense of responsible and teamwork
- Willing to work overtime, weekend, month-end (holiday)
- Living near Yen Phong Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh is preferred
