[Urgent] Assistant to General Manager of Supply Chain - Bà Rịa

Working location: Phú Mỹ, Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu (With company bus from HCM/ Biên Hòa)

MAIN DUTIES:

Day-to-day and administrative duties
- Assist GM in plan, direct, organize and control the activities of Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Warehouse Department.
- Assist to prepare data reports, presentation or other data analysis.
- Assist manager with preparing schedules and establishes priorities for routine.
- Assist the GM in managing the day-to-day operations, all administration tasks, document management.
- Read, interpret, and understand all related documentation/ contracts/ meetings.

Working with people and other departments
- Assist with resolving all department issues and problems in order to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and continuously.
- Effective communication, act as a liaison between the General Manager and other members/ departments
- Support in training staff of proper company policies and procedures when required.
- Provide direction to team regarding duties and goals.

Other Duties
- Arranges for various meetings, takes minutes of any management meetings as they arise.
- Organizes business travel arrangements for the General Manager.
- Plans team events and meetings.
- Acts as an internal mediator between departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 02 years' experience as an Assistant General Manager of manufacturing company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Import or Export or any field

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing (both Vietnamese and English)
- Excellent attention to detail, Excellent Organization and planning skills with helpful attitude
- Financial savvy
- Strong Computer literate
- Ability to follow instruction and Working well under pressure
