Urgent!!! Assistant to CEO / Topeye Vina Co.,ltd. / Up To $600 (Negotiable)

- Assisting CEO to set strategic goals and the system of planning targets, implementing the delivery of targets and quarterly, annual tasks to Divisions/Departments according to the approved authority.
- Assisting CEO in all the works related to Project Divisions and internal management.
- Participating with Managing Director in internal and external affairs.
- Arranging and preparing for meetings with Divisions/ Departments and partners at the request of CEO.
- Participating in meetings to record and make meeting minutes to serve the management affairs.

Working Hours: 8:00-17:00 (Mon to Fri)
Working Place: L4-47,OT12, Landmark,4 Building, Vinhomes Center park, 720A,Dien Bien Phu Street,Ward22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh city

- Proficiency in English
- Good at MS office and analysis data
- Graduate from Bachelor, College, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical, and others
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Good teamwork and cooperation skills
