- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Ensure verified purchase invoices are accurately recorded into the accounting system
- Process check requests
- Ensure payments for local supplied are process within the credit timeline
- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments
- Involve in updating and improving Finance Department internal controls, policies and procedures
- Ad hoc requests from Internal and external auditors
- Assist in month end closing,
- Maintain documentation accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Having at least 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Having accounting experiences in logistics is an advantage
- Good at English
- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point, Internet, email)
