Mô tả công việc
• Providing consultancy on AML/FATCA for branches/divisions;
• Making and sending daily CTRs to SBV;
• Reviewing and sending STR to SBV in compliance with regulations;
• Setting up, updating internal procedures to comply with Vietnamese regulations;
• Setting up, updating internal AML education program;
• Collecting/providing information/reporting related to AML/FATCA upon request;
• Assessing, supervising the compliance with AML regulations, proposing measures to minimize money laundering risks;
• Other tasks will be assigned by Managers.
• Tư vấn phòng chống rửa tiền/FATCA cho chi nhánh/Khối nghiệp vụ tại Hội sở;
• Báo cáo giao dịch giá lớn, giao dịch chuyển tiền điện tử cho NHNN định kỳ hàng ngày;
• Xem xét, hoàn thiện báo cáo giao dịch đáng ngờ gửi NHNN theo quy định;
• Xây dựng, cập nhật quy định, quy trình nội bộ nhằm tuân thủ quy định pháp luật Việt Nam;
• Xây dựng, cập nhật giáo trình đào tạo phòng chống rửa tiền;
• Thu thập/cung cấp thông tin/báo cáo về PCRT/FATCA khi được yêu cầu;
• Đánh giá, giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định về phòng chống rửa tiền, đề xuất biện pháp và giám sát các biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro rửa tiền;
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

• Xem xét, hoàn thiện báo cáo giao dịch đáng ngờ gửi NHNN theo quy định;
• Xây dựng, cập nhật quy định, quy trình nội bộ nhằm tuân thủ quy định pháp luật Việt Nam;
• Xây dựng, cập nhật giáo trình đào tạo phòng chống rửa tiền;
• Thu thập/cung cấp thông tin/báo cáo về PCRT/FATCA khi được yêu cầu;
• Đánh giá, giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định về phòng chống rửa tiền, đề xuất biện pháp và giám sát các biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro rửa tiền;
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate from University with major in Banking, Finance, Law, Economics.
• At least 2 years of experience with other banks in compliance, AML.
• Responsible
• Be able to work independently, in teams and under pressure
2/ BENEFITS
• Working from Monday to Friday
• Salary: Negotiate
• Bonus: 300% of basic salary
• Social insurance; health insurance & unemployment insurance will be paid according to Vietnam Labor Law.
