(Urgent) Air Manager for Logistics Company (Dist 07 - Female)

Our company is looking for an air manager to handle air shipments and a person works for docs team
• Handle inbound and outbound air freight and inland transport orders with basic knowledge on all fields both export/import activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions.
• Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with deeply care.
• Compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy products and services.
• Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships.
• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our customer and accouting department.
• Closely work with other Departments to support the initiatives as and when necessary
• Report all shipments to Director

- Education: College or/and above;
• Diploma holder or above in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Freight / Logistics or related disciplines
• Over 2-3 years of operations and customer services experience in freight logistics/ forwarding industry.
• Knowledge of handling air freight shipments, customs and inland transport is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office.
• Responsible, pro-active and attention to details.
• Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
