{Urgent} - Accounting Manager (Hai Phong)

- Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of staff within the Finance/Administration area.
- Manage the accounts payable process.
- Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis.
- Prepare financial and regulatory reports, including VAT returns, required by law in Vietnam.
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions from raw materials through to the dispatch of finished product.
- Prepare the annual budget and operating plans.
- Train and support other users of accounting systems.
- Monitor and manage debts
- Monitor and calculate actual production costs by each product/
- Establish and maintain relationships with external parties such as tax authorities, banks, customers, suppliers
- Control and manage all jobs of accounting dept

- Under 35
- Graduated from University: Finance, Accounting, Auditing major
- Minimum 3 years of experience as accounting manager in all scopes of accounting in foreign manufacturing company.
- Fluently in MS. Office and accounting software
- Fluent in 4 English skills
- Skill to summarize and analyze reports
- Knowledge about tax law, regulations in invoices/documents
- Good communication and management skills
- Good independent or teamwork skill. Good willingness to work under pressure and long time
