[URGENT] Accountant - Work in Hanoi

1. Account receivable
- Base on commercial invoice & custom declaration, record revenue & receivable in system
- Base on Credit advice from bank, key in soft ware money receive from customer.

2. Account Payable
- Collecting red invoices & checking information of VAT input exactly
- Key in system trading material invoices from supplier and service invoices for Hanoi Ref office.
- Base on term of payment, prepare payment to supplier as per payment procedure of company

3. Bank & Cash
- Follow up bank account balance. Key in daily transaction from bank to system
- Withdraw money, pay the petty cash as per company procedure & key in system
- Make monthly cash flow report

4. Inventory
- Follow up warehouse in supplier place.
- Manage the daily inventory transactions are properly recorded;
- Reconciliations detail inventories vs. general ledger;
- Filing documents fully, reasonably & in order

5. General accountant
- Book monthly accure expense to Fast software
- Checking balance of account 138,338,335
- Reconcile logistic expense between excel & Fast soft ware

- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
- At least 2 year’ experience at the same level/ position, experience in working for foreign-owned/joint-venture company
- Strong knowledge of VAS/IFRS
- Familiar with Accounting software (Fast software is preferred)
- Fluent English communication (speaking and writing) and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access,..)
- Good organizational skills and be able to work under pressure.
- Being pro-active, careful, honest, flexible, reliable and detailed working
