(Urgent) Accountant Cum Cashier

Gross Salary, benefit: 14mil VND - 19mil VND

Job Description:
- Input accounting transactions in accounting software in weekly basic;
- Documents filing for management and tax purpose;
- Check the integrity of all payments are properly authorized in accordance with Companies Policy;
- Prepare & submit cash, bank vouchers, proceed payment;
- Prepare and send Cash Flows report on time;
- Petty cash controlling
- Issue VAT invoices to clients;
- Follow Account Receivable, Account Payable, Advance
- Calculation and preparation of quarterly/annual tax (VAT, FCT, CIT);
- Collection and checking information for monthly payroll (both Vietnamese and expats), compulsory insurance;
- Documents submission to authorities (tax, statistic report,.... .); in liaise with authorities when necessarily;
- Support in external independent audit (annually) and tax audit if any;
- Other ad-hoc duties upon management

Requirements:
Graduate College/University with major Accounting
3+ years of working experience as tax, payment accountant.
Basic oral and written communication skills in English
Understanding of applicable computer systems, Microsoft Office is a must.
Good organizational and attention to detail skills
