***MAIN DUTIES***
-Checking Supplier’s invoices and relevant documents.
-Follow up payment due dates
-Make prepayment to Vendor
-Prepare bank vouchers and apply approval procedure
-Offset and reconcile prepayment to vendor
-Arrange payment by bank transmittal.
-Key-in data to system
-Reconcile all account balance of KHCM: 33198, 33108
-Running petting cash
-Other task assign by Manager
