Mô tả công việc
1/ Contact with building management & all landlord
- Contact with building management (to provide all card for new staff and guess, tracking of good in and out tower) and other landlords
- Follow up the power and water number monthly at all office
- Get all invoice, checking and payment with Nam A tower
2/ Apartment for Expats
- Follow up the apartment and hotel for expats + guest
- Get all invoice, checking and payment
- Make a debit note to claim to Daikin from other countries (Japan, Thailand,..) for reimbursement relating to expatriates’ expenses
3/ Set up & update all Adm Policy
- Coordination with GA manager modify, adjustment and sending all the notices to all employees
- Coordination with GA manager modify, translate, adjustment and update all the information in all policy
4/ Administration works
- Support GA Manager / HCM branch head all event, company trip, year-end party….and all administration works (if any)
- Yearly forecast and control all administration cost of HCM branches
- Support GA manager / HCM branch head to control and training GA team

- College degree
- Good English, speaking and writing
- Good Microsoft office, power point
- 03-05 years working experience in administrative field
- Prefer : Quick, Honest and Hard-working
- 29 – 35 years old
