Mô tả công việc
* Robotics Automation Engineer:
1. Supervises, trains, evaluates, and coordinates activities of subordinates
2. Work with supplier to develop automation solutions as per requirement
3. Liaise with domestic and international suppliers to contract the design and installation of systems
4. Co-operate with other department to collect requirement and data
5. Initiate innovation projects to support objectives of production: safety, quality, delivery and cost
6. Execution and meeting project deadlines
7. Develop and lead training for operators of equipment and systems
8. Maintain and update equipment and systems to support production demand
9. Responsible for the enforcement of company's internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
* Sewing Automation Engineer:
1. Supervises, trains, evaluates, and coordinates activities of subordinates

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in automation
2. At least 5 years in manufacturing environment
3. Preferable to have 1- 2 years in a hands-on managerial role
4. Project management experience
6. Monitor and coach to achieve set targets
