Unsecure Relationship Manager - CV Khách Hàng Cá Nhân - SP Tín Chấp

Sales:
- Set up sales plan originate new loan (Home loan, car loan, unsecured lending) and implement the plan effectively
- Exploring, marketing and deal sourcing individual and SOHO customers within the branch’s location, manage existing customers
- Cross-sell the bank's products
- Loan application: collect necessary documents and information for loan proposal, do credit rating for customer in charge, prepare credit application
Relationship management

External: on behalf of the bank, treat and ensure that customers are providing excellent services, manage customers to nurture their loyalty and maximize their contribution to the bank

Internal: act as a catalyst to enable a smooth and effective transaction between customers and the bank: provide customer care and give feedback (complaints/ complements) of the customers to operation, seek for cooperation and support from other departments related to customer services, Maximize profit and value of existing customer, monitor financial health and risk of the portfolio

Self-management:

- Controlled/managed by KPI and excellent performance evaluation & incentive system (by weekly, monthly and annually)
- Record all information related to duties to build database for RM coaching.

• Minimum of 2-year working experience in banking, and at least 1 year similar position with high network, experience with mortgage products
• Good background of Credit Assessment, Finance Analysis
• English fluently in written, spoken communication or Korean is preferable
• Ability for planning and working independently
• Possess strong communication skills and be a cohesive team player
