Mô tả công việc
*Planning
- Set up plan, schedule, guidelines, timelines clearly for HR Services Unit activity and monitoring team member to archive goal
- Set up KPI, key goal for OPS members
- Participate in development of HRIS systems
*Operation Management
- Support the development of HR regulation, policy and procedure
- Manage employee benefit according to the company policy such as: Car scheme, Preferential Loan, ISO, Marsh Insurance, ATM card
- Ensure the management of employee database and profiles is effectively
- Manage and ensure all operations are timely and accurately such as: Timesheet, Data new, transfer and resignation
- Ensure issue and record labor contracts, decisions related to transfer, salary adjustment, renew contract on time
- Cooperate with related BUs to develop and maintain HR, TMS, Resignation,… functions on HRIS
- Ensure the module HR, Timesheet, Resignation, Online Process in HRIS system are controlled well and operation smoothly
- Regularly update some changes related to Labor Law to suggest specific action plan for HRS operations
- To be a consultant of employees in HR field; ensure advise and guideline the employee queries through Service desk promptly
- Give constructive suggestions in establishing/ amending HR regulations/ policies at company
- Support Head of HRSS Department in solving employment issues and labor disputes;
- Other tasks assigned by Head of HRSS Department.
*Reporting
- Develop internal procedures/ tools to check the working output of the team;
- Build a dashboard/ report for tracking performance of Unit as well as performance of each team members;
- Ensure on time in full delivery of HRS Unit consolidated report (regular, audit, finance, labor agency and ad-hoc reports)
- Ensure all periodic and non – periodic reports are submitted to state agencies are timely and accurately
*People Management
- Manages work assignment of the OPS Unit members ensuring appropriate work assignment, smoothness and continuity of operations.
- Coaches and develops team to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity improvement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor or higher graduation with major in Human Resource/ Business Management/ Business Administration, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields
- Good knowledge of Human Resources and SI, PIT, Labor Law
- Organizational skills & ability to effectively multi-task
- Expert in Microsoft Office, especially MS. Excel
- Honest and trustworthy
- Result-oriented, focus on details.
- Ability to work under high pressures
- Good at English
- Decision making and solve problems effectively
- Good group management ability, result-oriented
- Planning, reporting, analysis
- At least 5 years of experience in related fields
