Mô tả công việc
*Planning/budgeting
- Prepare and maintain action plan based on business requirements
- Assure scalability of the IT applications
- Periodically evaluate the department performance and improve efficiency of its activities
*Day-to-day Activities:
- Responsible for establishing and managing the Support activities, assess the company’s present IT systems, propose IT solutions/applications, ensuring a smooth implementation and support of solutions with the best quality of service and time frame
- Ensure applications are working in a defined level of security
- Monitor and follow up on daily basis current statuses of issues
- Review and approve on monthly basis the statistic reports about incidents to ensure accurate reporting
- Document, review and enhance on regular basis the technical administration and support procedures and ensure auditors’ requirements are met.
- Accurately implement industry standard support and administration methodologies.
- Ensure the availability of provided application services as per Service Level Agreement
- Organize, document and provide training to other team members
- Make reports about availability and capacity of application on a weekly and monthly basis and as requested
- Undertake other project tasks assigned by Dept Head

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas
- At least 08 years’ experience in IT systems development and support positions, preferable in banking or financial businesses
- 3-5 years of experiences in application support, solution delivery
- Good Programming and Debugging Skills esp.in the Java, Angular JS, HTML5 etc.
- Strong management, presentation and negotiation skills
- Time flexibility
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- At least 08 years’ experience in IT systems development and support positions, preferable in banking or financial businesses
- 3-5 years of experiences in application support, solution delivery
