Wardrobe Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Wardrobe operations. This is ensuring all uniformed team members are allocated a uniform and it is well maintained in accordance with company expectations.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Achieve Wardrobe OPEX and CAPEX budget
Ensure all uniforms are maintained to achieve required employee uniform standards
Ensure all Wardrobe staff are trained in all aspects of the wardrobe operations
Manage inventory and forecasting of future requirements in conjunction with suppliers
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the uniform design process and on-going replacement of uniforms. This includes coordination to all department heads with regards to their uniform concern and requirements.
Develop understanding of Wardrobe logistical issues and the ability to implement effective solutions that meet the demands of a five-star casino hotel complex
Action any special uniform requirements or any uniform changes to other departments.
Responsible in preparing the annual uniform budget for the whole property including monthly breakdown.
Create and updating of established Standard Operating Procedures and Policies and procedures
Effectively and efficiently manage a harmonious work flow of the department.
Efficiently manage the departmental expenses.
Work in close coordination with Laundry department to ensure uniform quality are met at all times.
Mentoring candidates for succession planning, including all performance management of the team.
Safe keeping of highly confidential information and employee details.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
With at least 2 years college level.
With at least 5 year’s experience in a high-volume Wardrobe operation with conveyor type uniform distribution system and uniform inventory system.
With strong administrative background and knowledge of the uniform inventory management system.
Computer Literate
Conversant with laundry procedure of different fabrics
Knowledgeable with fabric composition
With strong people handling skills.
Proficient in uniform financials and budget/P&L understanding.
Must be a proficient speaker and writer of English
