Mô tả công việc
- Understand and Analytics A/B Testing, conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and mobile function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1-year experience in related fields.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with web and mobile apps.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma.
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible, self-motivated and have a strong sense of leadership.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Probationary 85% of official salary. To be granted leave during the probationary period.
- Monthly salary up to 1200 USD depending on capacity and minimum of 500 USD.
- Insurance regime as prescribed by law.
- Working from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning (flexible), working hours:
+ Morning: 9 am to 11:30
+ Afternoon: 13h to 18h30
- Company trip 01 years at least 01 times.
