UI/UX Designer (Executive/Leader)

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for user experience and design aspects of the organization’s products. The UI/UX Designer works with the design manager and marketing team to develop a cohesive experience throughout our products in order to increase user satisfaction and conversions.

• A well-rounded UX/UI designer who connects business needs and good design
• Experienced with developing wireframes.
• Obsessed with good user-centered design practices and have an eye for detail.
• Basic Understanding of creating and revising information architecture documents.
• Passionate about understanding (and keeping the team in-formed about) current and emerging UX/UI trends.

• University degree or above. 
  
• Have at least 2 years of related experience  
  
• Knowledge and practice of wireframing tools. 
  
• Knowledge and practice of mock up and modelling tools (e.g. InVision)
• Knowledge and practice of design tools (e.g. Sketch, Principle, Mindnode; Adobe Photoshop, or other tools)
• Self-studying, especially new UI/UX trends;
• Have basic knowledge of web|app technology, device and interface technology
• Be able to work in English
• Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work and able to work under pressure & open minded.
• An understanding of Adobe After Effects is an advantage
