* Job brief:
We are looking for candidates who are passionate and skilled in UI/UX design to create amazing user experiences. You will be working with a full-stack creative team, also, you will get the opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of our core products.

- Work closely with Product owners to analysis and understand requirements
- Identify constraints and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Collaborate with other designers, front-end dev and back-end dev to ship the product / features.
- Test the feasibility of the product and find out the problem
- Iterate the design process to adjust and improve UI / UX.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 1 year experiences in UI/UX. CMS design experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding in usability principles.
- Have knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Able to create multiple design options for each concept
- Familiar with softwares / tools to create mockups and prototypes (e.g. Sketch, Basamiq, AdobeXD, Photoshop, InVison, Marvel,...)
- Able to communicate English decently
- Well-balanced personality & job requirement
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
* Benefits:

- KPI/Performance bonus twice per year (total income up to 15 months’ salary per year); salary review twice per year
