Mô tả công việc
1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
• Prepare BTL asset such as POSM, display stand, brochure to communicate at shop front
• Cooperate with Marcom team and run necessary ATL activities such as TVCF, Digital Marketing, online asset creation…etc.
• Manage product launch event (press conference, dealer conference, road show) with key medias and dealers
• Prepare display and demo guideline, sales talk, counter talk against competitor’s models and implement with product training team as well as Promoter/Field Force team
• Cooperate with sales team and well implement product strategy and information to key dealers
• Monitor VOC after new model launch and take necessary action and run PDCA
2. TOUCH POINT MANAGEMENT: Manage product touch point at both off-line (mainly display, POSM, demo at shop front) and on-line (on-line contents including dealer’s online touch point)
3. PROMOTION MANAGEMENT: Create seasonal promotion and prepare necessary communication assets for both BTL and ATL
4. CUSTOMER INSIGHT: Conduct customer research project based on necessity and analyze customer insight, take necessary action to improve brand and product awareness in the market
5. INDUSTRY AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS: Always pay attention to industrial trend and analyze competitor’s product strategy and information. Take necessary action
6. BIZ. DEVELOPMENT: Work with VOD partners and develop online contents business on Android TV platform

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Marketing or relavant major
• Required minimum 2 year experience as marketing manager of consumer goods - manage at least 1 product category with PL responsibility
• Experience in consumer electronics industry is preferable
• Deep understanding of general consumer marketing theory and practice, product introduction management, marketing communication strategy for both BTL and ATL including latest digital marketing practice, consumer insight, how to collect VOC, how to run research project, able to provide solution based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
• English communicate in business level fluently
• Business level of Microsoft Power Point and Excel
• Strong leadership skill to lead both internal & external team, drive projects involving other departments
• Good communication skills to coordinate project with related parties
• ROI, budget and project management skills to handle middle-long term project
• Well understand of discipline, transparency and ensure compliance
