Tuyển Gấp - Tour Operator - Điều Hành Tour (Lương: 10 Triệu - 15 Triệu)

- Contact, send and manage bookings with company suppliers (transportation, accommodation, restaurants, guide, etc.) follow sales' requests
- Control guide quality by spot-checking regularly
- Follow up all services on tours
- Co-ordinate with Sales Department to create products when required
- Resolve proactively any complaints/ troubles on tours regarding services quality
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best profit ratio for company
- Obtain annual contracts with suppliers

- Experience: at least 1 years as Inbound Operator .
- English: Intermediate (Reading and Writing are important)
- Computer: good using MS Office, website and other basic software
- Other skills: time management, information searching, fast & self-learning, tasks oriented ability (daily/ weekly/ monthly), negotiation skill.
- Personalities: attention to details, assertiveness, pro-activeness and team work are required
