Mô tả công việc
- Lead CFA team to conduct final audits on outgoing shipments to verify that shipped products meet Buyer’s quality standards and requirements for material specifications, measurements, fit, workmanship / construction, appearance, labeling and packaging
• Act as the key person to educate and standardize quality requirements to CFA team as well all department related to production.
• Reject orders/goods if they are non-conformance to Buyer’s standard acceptable quality level.
• Drive continuous improvement specifically on the reduction to defective returns.
• Follow Buyer’s inspection method and how-to-measure procedures.
• Proactively identify the causes of rejection in order to reduce consumer complaints on a daily basis.
• Check daily attendance of the QC and balancing of the QC line/area assignment.
• Analyze Defect Rate top defects and identify prevention and solution in order to avoid re occurrence of the problem on a daily basis.
• Set performance standards by providing coaching and feedback to build capability for the QCs, QC Team Leader and other departments concern related to quality issues.
• Respond immediately upon receipt of Buyers comments and update in order to avoid rejection.
• Impart knowledge and trains operators, QC team leaders, QC, line leaders, lead operators, in terms of product characteristics, attributes and Quality Control checking/testing based on the current standard/procedures
• Actively participate in Company’s drive for Continuous Improvement in all its business process

• College graduated or university
• At least has 5 years working experience in Quality Control/ Management level
• English 4 skillful
• Office computer real skills as above requisition
• Having Audit certification/ or Quality System Certification
