Goldenduck International Vietnam is looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team, assist Business leader doing daily sales tasks, activities and achieve the company goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented, hardworking, team-work, careful, reliable and be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

- Check service report and make quotation and record in the NAV system
- Track PO from customers
- Keep in process from PO correctly and in time and put in the NAV system
- Prepare and compile service documents and make weekly and monthly reports.
- Check the warehouse to open the stock bill
- Coordinate purchasing officer In order to order products
- Liaise with customers In the case of delay or problems
- make reimbursement in expenses and make the expenses report
- Coordinate with accounting department to open the collection bill from customers
- Check Invoice and correct for an error occurs
- Get customer complaints and provide after sales service.
- Deliver excellent customer service In order to make sales continuously and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update the customer data
- Coordinate with maintenance department to handle the repairs of the products
- Complete the task assigned by immediate supervisor
