Responsible for SHIPPING duties, ensuring the goods/material ready for export/ import on time.
Responsible for shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
Testing profiles and documents of Export – Import and following up taxes paid to the State budget.
Dealing with quotes from prospective shippers and handling claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur. Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
Filling out import-export documentation, compiling carrier and route assignments, computing international fees for each shipment, and keeping track of shipment payments and quotas.
Preparing bills of lading; checking items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
Monthly prepare the required reports follow the company policies.
Responsible for coordinating with Forwarder to control the shipments and in charge the liquidation custom declaration for the company.
Solving problems arising in activities related to import and export.
Making statistics of import – export goods every month.

Graduated from university with the majors in Foreign Trade, Customs, Business Administration, Language (Chinese, English), IT or related majors.
Having at least 3 years experience as the same position.
Ability to establish good relationships with partners.
International trade certificate programs provide additional job preparation with courses that focus on import-export regulations and international trade.
Having customer service and negotiation skills to deal with the demands of overseas and local clients, familiar with the legal requirements regarding importing and exporting shipments.
Proficient in spoken and written English or Chinese.
Willing to work for the company for a long term.
Good communication, work under high pressure, team work Spirit, willing to learn.
