- Be responsible for the department and personnel management, and guarantee the accomplishment of the department tasks.
- Manage over 800 employees to ensure all activities follow the schedule.
- Be responsible for the carryout and supervision of the production goals, guarantee the accomplishment of the production goals in time and with good quality, and decrease the production cost.
- Organize the production in compliance with the regulations and laws in Motor manufacturing industry, and guarantee the production process meets the requirements and standards.
- Establish and improve the production standards, strengthen the operating stills of the employees to meet the production demands.
- Be responsibility to ensure 5S in factory
- Ensure production procedure follow standard of group
- Other work as requirement by General Manager

- 4 years experiences in Manufacture ( over 500 employees)
- Able to communicate in English (Korean is a plus)
- Male, age 30 - 42
