Trưởng Phòng Sản Xuất (Production Manager)

- Be In charge of factory production management
- Coordinate with relevant departments to establish production processes, quality management processes
- Responsible for adequate planning of production. Material planning based on business forecast, customer order and production scheduling to ensure material availability.
- Ensure on time delivery to the customers
- Plan and control Department’s budget and expenditure
- Maintaining working condition (safety and hygiene) at the factory.
- Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
- Other tasks will be discussed in interview time.

Education:
*Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical engineering, Automotive Technology and relevant majors

Working Experience:
*At least 07 years relevant experience in production management, in which at least 03 years at Assistant Manager level upper
*Having experience in manufacturing company (Motorbike, automotive, truck…) and heavy industry is preferred

Skills:
*Good command of English in 04 skills
*Strong leadership skills/ Good Management and communication skills
*Good organizational skills
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
