* Overall control and management production process (PCBA. Product)
* Make decision for production process control
* Budget control and Cost control
* Manpower and labor cost control
* Improvement process for production activity
* Make and achieve target of production output
* Set up Kaizen and improvement activity
* Management overall concern organization
* Coordinator with subsidiary group company
* Report and progressive result output to top management
* Can be oversea business trip to subsidiary group company

- Male, Age 39 years old up
- Education background Bachelor or Master Degree, Faculty of Electronics, Electrical power, Mechanical or related field
- Experience of production operation process (MI. or SMT.) for PCBA. Product
- Have knowledge MC. Of SMT. Process and jig tooling or FCT., ICT.,
- Can speaking English or Japanese language
- Good computer skill (Ms. Office, word, excel, power point and etc.)
- Good relation team work
- Strong management skill
- Good character and leadership skill
- Strong solving problem achieve target
- Can work place at Hungyen (Thanglong Industrial Park 2)
