1. KPI management:
- Controlling carriers and their KPIs: OTA, IOD, POD, Container/Truck quality…
- Controlling KPIs with weekly, monthly review to make sure no fail KPI and monthly report KPIs result to management board with root cause investigation for fail cases
- Controlling logistics cost ratio, carrier portion, UPPH... and making report and analysis to management board
2. Operation management
- Controlling inventory accuracy and following FIFO rule
- Follow up production progress, Quality and arrange manpower to work accordingly
- Training and guiding WH team and staff about 5S, Safety, Disciplines to make sure healthy and safety working environment
- Leading the team for innovative activities: improvement activities, cost saving activities, Best practices…
- Controlling logistics cost and making report and analysis to BOD
- Other requirements from General director and Head quarter.
3. Shipment management
- Delivering finished goods to RDCs and customers on time as plan, and meet customers’ s satisfaction
- Control shipment plan and loading plan to on time delivery
- Working with oversea logistic team to supply sound empty container on time
- Working with factory logistic and SCM team to arrange shipment on time
4. Transportation management
- Setting up business with all carriers (3PL) for transportation and delivery to RDCs and Customers national and international
- Usually update transportation market situation and report to BOD

Requirement
- Bachelor degree, at least 5 years of experience in the same position
- Good comunication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Good English
- Good leadership
- Good understanding about logistics knowledge
- Good at computer, especially excel and powerpoint
