- Implement custom clearance process, strong customs clearance knowledge to perform tasks and consult other departments.

- Arrange & guarantee trucking activities to meet delivery schedule demanded from customers.

- Maintain and develop local transportation service quality.

- Develop partnership with outsourcing suppliers.

- Lead all distribution and transportation planning and strategic activities.

- Regular report to manager and customer on shipment status.

- Directly solve irregular trouble during transportation service is conducted.

- Generate sales opportunities, negotiate favorable terms and close deals.

- Lead the procurement resources with suppliers for competitive cost.

- Be responsible to keep company transportation pricing structure at competitive level

- Be responsible for training, motivating, coaching, and mentoring junior staffs.

- Other tasks from BOM’s requirement.

- College or university degree in Foreign Trade/ Business Administration/ Transportation or related field.

- Gender: Any – over 30 year olds.

- Over 08-10 year-experience in trucking & customs clearance position (direct handling and supervising), level: Leader or Manager in Forwarding/ Logistics Company or 3rd Party.

- Rapid and efficient in communication and report, time management and decision making skills.

- Honest character is preferable.

- Fluent English speaking is good but if not able to use for reporting, meeting also welcome.

- Salary: Minimum 20,000,000 VND + Alpha (Depend on performance).

- Salary review 1 time/year, 13th month salary and bonus base on company profit yearly.

- Working time: Monday - Friday and Saturday morning.
