Mô tả công việc
1. Market development including competitors’ marketing activities, trade activities and new product development, make recommendation based on information gathered including below the line activities, trade promotion activities and price strategy.
2. To monitor and evaluate the performance of distributor in all aspects including execution of provided trade promotion activities, sales out performance and market coverage performance.
3. Support marketing and sales director developing, ensuring effective implementation and carrying out evaluation of Company Activity Plan (of the assigned category & channel) comprising:
· Consumer/ shopper promotions
· NPD (Marketing plans)
· Trade promotions/ distribution drives
· Pricing by channel & price increases/ decreases
