Trưởng phòng Khai Thác (R&D SMV Leader)

1） Work alongside our team to create, define and standardize the operations and style features commonly used in building our product range

2） Utilizing GSD, specify recommended/expected methods/SMV’s used in performing these operations

3） Establish GSD within internal as the basis of price negotiations and pre-costing

4）Maintain and update the global database as technology/style features evolve

5）Play a leading role in resolving any disputes relating to SMV’s (suppliers and adidas Development teams)

6)   Consolidate costing data across the vertical teams and suppliers to make sure everyone is aligned and achieving consistent results

7)   Evolve costing tools, GSD database and costing standards appropriate to the internal

8)   Ensure that Development teams, who are responsible for achieving the results, have the appropriate level of costing knowledge (process, tools, cost drivers)

9)   Participate in and support global initiatives where applicable including factory efficiency, GSD implementation, costing standardization etc.

10) Provide on demand day-to-day costing support within the Product Costing Teams

1) At least 5 years of work experience in SMV

2) Good English skills
