- Cung cấp ngân sách, thiết kế kỹ thuật, gói thầu và Quản lý Xây dựng để nâng cấp các địa điểm hiện có, mua sắm và cài đặt các thiết bị mới
Provides Budget, Design Specifications, Bid Package and Construction Management for renovations to existing locations, for new equipment purchases and installations
- Đưa ra các báo cáo để bao quát tình trạng các dự án hiện tại
Provide reports to cover status of current projects
- Hỗ trợ về mặt kỹ thuật, Giám sát và bao quát các dự án tại các nhà máy
Provides Technical Support, Supervise and oversight of engineering and projects in facilities
- Đưa ra, thiết kế và thực hiện các cải tiến chi phí thông qua thiết kế lại các máy móc phụ trợ hoặc đổi mới máy móc
Initiates, designs and implements cost improvements through redesign of utility machines or machine innovation
- Giữ các bản vẽ AutoCad chính xác của tất cả các loại máy may trong khu vực cho kế hoạch mở rộng trong tương lai, việc lắp đặt thiết bị, quá trình thay đổi
Keeps accurate AutoCad drawings of all sewing facilities in region for future expansions, equipment installation, process changes
- Quản lý, Giám sát hệ thống quản lý An toàn toàn cầu (GSMS) và đưa ra các chương trình từ Tập đoàn
Manage, Supervise and oversights of Safety management (GSMS) and roll out of program from corporate
- Thi hành các chính sách và thủ tục tiêu chuẩn/ Enforces standard policies and procedures
- Phát triển và thực hiện các mục tiêu chiến lược thống nhất với chiến lược của vùng
Develops and implements strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the region's strategic
- Thiết kế, cập nhật, báo cáo tình trạng các dự án và các tài liệu hỗ trợ cho các thành viên trong dự án, từ đó đánh giá việc quản lý
Designs, updates, and publishes project status reports and supporting documentation for project teams and management review
- Hỗ trợ, tư vấn các thành viên đội dự án để đảm bảo thực hiện các dự án thành công
Assists project teams as project consultant and team member to help ensure successful project implementation and execution

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học về Kỹ thuật hoặc những chuyên ngành liên quan/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Hiểu biết về tài chính, MS dự án, MS Office, AutoCAD/ Financial knowledge, MS Project, MS Office, AutoCAD
- Thành thạo Tiếng Anh/ Fluency in English
- Kinh nghiệm ừ 10 năm trở lên/ Experiences from 10+ years
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án; Bảo dưỡng; Lập kế hoạch sản xuất; Quản lý sản xuất; Mua hàng; Sản xuất tinh gọn; Hệ thống thông tin.,Kinh nghiệm về Kỹ thuật sản xuất
Type of experience: Managing project, Project management, Maintenance, Production planning, production control, purchasing, lean manufacturing, and/or information systems. In addition, experience in Industrial Engineering and /or Manufacturing management
- Có thể đi công tác thường xuyên/ Frequent travel required
