- Monitor and handle the routine tasks repeated by following the available manual documents. In case of the complex request, escalate the request to Service Desk or proper PIC to receive their support.

- Knowledge of quality management methods and BPO operation process.

- Data entry: Input data into system

+ Vessel Profile, Route Information

+ Data Labeling, Document Annotation

- Data correction: Compare and amend discrepancy data

+ IMDG & OGG, UNNO

+ Oil Price, EDI Terminal Performance Report

* Business & IT Operation

- Business/System/Application performance

+ Server/Network/Database

- System Admin support

+ ID/Account management

+ Deployment/Downtime/Holiday notification

- Simple routine tasks

+ User request registration

+ Regular operation reporting

- From 2 to 3 years of experience in BPO

- Team management ability

- English communication

- Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks by urgency/impact

- Teamwork, hard-working, carefulness and positive attitude

- IT & Logistic major/background are plus points
