Mô tả công việc
1. Supervise, Control & Monitoring activities on the Production Pepper line.
2. Schedule a working (Operator, Worker).
3. Arrange, optimize labor/personnel in each machine/area in shift.
4. Ensure, check the number of operators, workers in shift.
5. Inspection and responsibility for the products, raw Material types ensure follow, comply with Formula, Quality standards.
6. Ensure mixing quality (the type of material, the ratio of each type, lay out, GMP).
7. Ensure, responsible for productivity, the FG yield, Loss of the machines in shift (if there is a difference to have a reasonable solution).
8. Ensure the quality of finish goods in shift.
9. Ensure the finished product, semi-finished product, scrap are stored in the right kind of prescribed packaging, accurate information, clear.
10. Check, monitor reports, form, diary operators, tools checking,... be recorded, fully tested and signed in to the end of shift.
11. Urge, supervise the current implementation of GMP regulations, HACCP, food safety, safety and labor.
12. Timely notice of problems arising, issue in shift to up level.
13. Coordinate with other Departments efficiently.
14. Comply with the direction of Up management level.
