Trợ lý Tổng Giám Đốc (PA for General Director)

The jobholder supports the GD in such a manner that he is able to effectively perform his daily job demand, develop business plans and deliver his strategic goals.

•  Manage all secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters for the GD;
• Draft business documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• Assist the GD in engaging and building positive business and customer relationships;
• Work collaboratively and productively with Company management team to ensure smooth flow of business plans and direction;
• Act as the Company first point of contact (liaison person) with external customers and Government authorities;
• Carry out market research and market data analysis of automotive industry, preferably in commercial vehicles;
• Carry out projects and research on assigned business matters and highlight urgent issues for GD’s immediate attention and action;
• Plan, organize and administer the GD’s calendar;

• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or equivalent discipline;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to speak and write proficiently in English and Vietnamese will be a plus point;
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in similar role would be advantageous;
• Sharp and meticulous with details and excel in organizational and planning skills;
• Maintain the confidentiality of all business information entrusted;
• Result-oriented, energetic and ability to work independently;
• Good knowledge of protocol, public relations principles and practices;
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Words and Power Point.

• Working time:

          - From Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

          - Saturday : 7:30 am – 11:30 am
