Mô tả công việc
*Director Assistant works closely with Director to provide administrative support
- Follow up contract/ PO after signing.
- Translate company documents or meetings when required (Japanese)
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Director is well-prepared for meetings; taking notes or dictation at meetings
- Support other projects and technical staff in checking project data and do the translation
- Assist other different language speakers in the company in speaking to ensure language comprehension
- Conduct other administrative tasks if required
*Performance bonus quarterly (every 3 months according to working performance) excluding 13th month bonus.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree: graduated college or university
- Language: Language N2 ~ N3 level, able to speaking/ reading/ writing well
- Experience: 3 years , experience in sales, marketing is preferred
- Age: 24 - 35
- Gender: only Female.
- Able to work hardly and Independently
- Can support and compliance of the instructions of manager
- Using word, excel well
