01 post for Accounting Assistant (Tax)
- Keep updated on the news of tax regulation and any regulation relating to business of the company.
- Working with Tax dept. & Custom on all matters relating to tax and tax settlement.
- Create any suggestion or ideas to save tax for the company.
- Prepare Withholding Tax declaration in coordination with contract and payment made to overseas contractors and make sure transaction in line with local regulation.
- Make payment as per set schedule of regulation.
- Reconciliation of WHT with Hanoi Tax Dept.
- Prepare CIT declaration as per regulation and settlement of CIT
- Reconciliation and tax dept. and our accounts.
- Follow up with Payroll section to get PIT calculation summary.
- Declaration as per regulation
- Reconciliation with coordination of payroll accountant for annual settlement.
- Declare irregular PIT based on Payment of Marketing charge paid to individual.
- Reconcile relating account.
- Prepare Monthly Export Report
- Prepare VAT declaration as per regulation.
- Follow and keep record for claim VAT.
- Reconciliation of VAT with Hanoi Tax Dept.
- Prepare Summary VAT report
- Make sure all invoices are in line with regulation.
- Update changes of import tax rate.
- Check and counter sign on import tax declaration.
- Collect import VAT report paid monthly to Custom from AP section and reconcile with VAT input.
- Follow up and do procedure to claim import tax refund.
- Inform AP section upon receipt of refund decision for them to off set with import tax payment.
- Other jobs, if any, will be assigned by Finance Manager
01 post for Accounting Assistant (Cost Management)
* Inventory
1-Oracle Inventory Control System combined with Perpetual Physical Inventory System to weekly issue of the list of items to be checked against stores records and make necessary adjustment for the discrepancies, updating stock records by the new items of receipt by allotting code numbers ,to make sure that every item in stock is counted under P.P.I, to reconcile any major variances in P.P.I with the concerned in charge of Sales & Marketing, BOT, Stationery stores
2-Monthly 03 stock counts.
* Fixed assets
1-To monitor all Assets registration into fixed assets module on Oracle System
2-To monitor all transactions regarding Assets movements of the company.
3-Monthly running the Assets Depreciation ledgers and Assets situation updating
4-Yearly conduct the Physical count of all Assets of the company
5- Classify again all FA for preparing update to ERP System.
* Cost
1-Checking invoice issued and assure to be recorded correctly.
2-SMP update on the server for all dept. review.
3-To monitor job cost ledgers of all ongoing jobs of the company
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/College degree in Accounting
- Good knowledge in existing tax laws/cost management
- Good in oral and writing skills in English.
- Working experience in tax/cost management is preferable
- Computer proficiency (including financial applications)
- Analytical skill, strong communication, attention in detail, persuasive statement
