Mô tả công việc
• Support administrative tasks for the department: scheduling, booking, collecting and organizing documents with HR and training department, preparing contracts and payment for part-time experts
• Support organizing training and school events by the department
• Conduct basic literature review (search for potential partners (e.g. to coach students for GATE)
• Support communicating/sending materials to campuses
• Help with technical tasks (including managing MyOn and Razkid students’ accounts, formatting documents, proofread documents, take minutes during meeting)
• Translate documents from English to Vietnamese or vice versa

- 4 English Skills are very good, IELTS band 7 or higher
