Mô tả công việc
• Work with and support teachers, the teacher in charge of trips and activities, and the Heads of PE and Music to organize Secondary trips and visits for students.
• Negotiate with service providers for the best services and quotations. The services include but are not limited to accommodation, transportation (air tickets, bus, boat…), food, guide, other activities and insurance.
• Receive, process and keep accounts for all payments which are related to trips and paid activities and clubs.
• Communicate with teachers to collect feedback on the services. Do an evaluation for each service provider and maintain their profile.
• Make annual budget for school trips and visits by May.
• Record all expenses for the trips and paid activites. Make finalized trip report after every trip for both trip collection and payment, refund to student not join the trip due to some unexpected reason (if any)
• Collect cash payments of tuition fees, trips and visits, uniform, club fees and other fees from students and parents in Secondary campus, then deposit collected cash to school cashier enclose with the detail cash collection report on daily basic.
• Receive, process and keep accounts for all payments for PE and Music departments, including some administration and finance support of the ABRSM materials and exams
• Report and send all payments daily to Accounting.
• Control Secondary campus petty cash.
• Collect payments & organise the administration for various other school events from time to time, BBGV, Terry Fox, etc
• Any other task reasonably requested by the Head of Campus.
• General office related administrative duties
• Other duties as assigned.

• Good spoken English
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working with travel agencies
• Courteous and presentable, confident in dealing with parents
• Experience working with numbers in a finance context
• Strong organizational skills

● Passing all Child Protection issues onto the Designated Senior Person for Child Protection.
