Mô tả công việc
Main responsibilities:
- Process daily payment by T/T transfer and using loans from checking payment documents, support documents to banks, make bank transfer, get approval and process payment with banks.
- Process to open LC for import commodity.
- Process collection process through LC nego.
- Cash on hand management.
- Control collection, payment and cash and loan balance by daily.
- Input transactions of TR section to accounting software.
- Prepare some daily report (cash flow, analysis, LC nego, …) for management purpose.
- Monthly reconciliation for AR/AP with related parties, suppliers and customers.
- Quarterly report to State bank Vietnam.
- Retention and storing payment documents.
- Update and maintain vendor master data.
- Working location: Hung Yen factory

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor degree in finance and accounting area
- Have about at least 5 years of working experience as payment accountant, prefer experience in payment by using loan
- Good in Ms Office (excel, …)
- Can work in English in both oral and written in basic
- Have logical thinking
- Careful, hard-working and work well under pressure
- Prefer experience of SAP user
- Willing to work overtime.
- Have a bachelor degree in finance and accounting area
