Job description:
- Review in detail daily analysis cash flow and report issues to submit to manager.
- Manage and control cash collection, update and push up related departments to ensure collection following with planed timeline. Analysis and follow up receivables with long aging.
- Input transactions related to TR module to SAP on daily basic and monthly closing for TR module.
- Maintain and control updating vendor master file.
- Support in managing all terms and conditions of all banking loan contracts and inter-company loan contracts.
- Follow paper documents with banks (loan and lease contract, amendment, …), update pending items.
- Support to perform analysis for present financial situation and forecast in rolling base.
- Prepare reports in templates designed by manager to support for operation of TR team.
- Support finance manager and do other ad hoc tasks as request
- Working location: Phu Binh Industrial Zone, Thai Nguyen factory

Requirements:
- Have solid background about 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Have strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellence in Ms Office (excel, …)
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills
- Careful, hard-working and work well under pressure and when challenged on multiple projects
- Be hungry for personal success, learning and promotion
