PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform settlement for Foreign Exchange/Money Market/Fixed Income/Derivatives transactions.
• Review underlying documents as per supporting document matrix and ensure transactions are reflected correctly and accurately in the system.
• Make sure that all transactions processed are complied with US regulations as well as local regulations
• Review NOSTRO mismatches & perform investigation if any
• Supervise the Treasury Ops processor staff which may be placed under his/her direct supervision.
• Develop expertise on Treasury products through external and internal training.
• Develop, implement, maintain or strengthen effective internal controls in the processing and administration of treasury transactions as well as ensure compliance with pertinent legal and regulatory requirements and local and institutional policies and standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with Front Office to understand and review Treasury’s NPA for Operations processes for newly launched products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of automation projects and new system implementations that will improve overall productivity.
• Act as back-up for other Treasury Operations officer positions which are not in conflict with his/her current responsibilities
• Other assignment by Markets Operations Head

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualification:
• University graduate with min. 2-3 year working experience in banking operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skill (Word and Excel)
• Customer oriented.
• Attentive to details with high accuracy in work.
