Treasury Officer / Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh Tiền Tệ

General Responsibility
To be in charge of processing daily work and transaction of Treasury Department. Assist Treasury Manager to monitor the operations of department to be in compliance with the bank policy as well as local regulations. Fully be accountable for the work to Treasury Manager.
Accountability
1. Quotes daily exchange rate of the bank
2. Monitors the bank’s operational flows of fund in order to minimize the cost of the bank
3. Accomplishes inter-bank forex and money market deal complying to the market practice, local regulation and H.O. rule
4. Indicate to clients daily quotation, forex rate, interest rate for loan and fixed deposit in order to get more deals with them and quote the best possible rate for very special customers if requested from business promotion section
5. Prepare application for credit lines for bank on funding and forex
6. Maintains sound and conservative style of dealing and avoid any speculative transactions
7. Supports the other sections and the Management on market information
8. Makes report to the Management, Head Office and local Authority (SBV)
9. Performs other duties assigned by the Management

- Having at least 5 years of experience in the same position at other bank
- Good at English both writing and speaking
- Communication skill
