Main responsibilities:
- Do monthly closing in local accounting system and SAP software
- Guide accounting clerical staff daily by coordinating activities and answering questions
- Prepare monthly financial report with analysis
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Prepare monthly tax declaration
- Analyze cost and perform finance modeling for detailed cost analysis
- Support manager for accounting and Costing monthly closing in SAP and local system
- Assist higher levels with all finance and accounting issues;
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Liaise directly/indirectly with external auditors and tax offices;
- Partner with leads from various departments to ensure the completion of integration work in a timely and efficient manner;
- Perform other ad-hoc as required by Manager and CFO

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
- From 06 to 08 years of experience +
- Strong Accounting (VAS and IFRS), Tax and Finance knowledge
- CPA/ACCA certificate is a plus not a must
- Work experience in Big 4 Auditing firm or global/foreign companies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Analytical, meticulous and good problem-solver;
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills - --
- Having a strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Be active and energized in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment - Work well under pressure and when challenged on multiple projects - Enthusiastic, careful, hardworking and able to work overtime.
