Responsibilities:
1. Functional
• Ensure weekly payments are performed on time in full and in control.
• Proactively lead the weekly/monthly/quarterly direct cash flow forecast.
• Coordinate with other business partners the optimization of cash flow task including reviewing capex payment plan, supplier payment plan, and other government liability payment plan.
• Perform weekly bank reconciliation (system vs. bank account)
• Manage petty cash transactions.
• Monitor and update all transactions of actual charge back.
• Monitor and update all bank loan account.
• Support the work with auditors, tax authorities in matters of treasury to ensure no unexpected material fines and penalties and no serious audit findings

• Proven experience with problem solving cases dealing with system limitations including identifying the constraint, proposing creative approaches and successfully implement them.
• Recognized successes of pulling together a financial accounting team to handle change projects and successfully delivering it with high quality within tight deadlines while still maintain a delicate balance between work and life.
