Treasury & Reporting Analyst (Temporary 6 Months)

Role Summary
Treasury: Prepare cash flow forecast, monitor cash balance and allocate proper cash resource to support liquidity/investment and maximize returns from cash idle
Operation: Coordination on term deposit placement, trade settlement and custodian and outsourced fund manager reconciliation.
Reporting: prepare AUM investment reports, investment compliance check and other reports as assigned
Main Accountabilities
- Cash flow forecast and fund settlement: update monthly cash flow, monitor daily cash balance and allocate proper cash resource to support investment/liquidity and reduce cash idle; handle fund settlement for operation and investment;
- Reporting: Provide monthly cash balance by segment to investment team for AUM preparation; prepare asset-liability report and others, co-ordinate with investment in preparing quarterly MOF reports. Reconciliation with Broker, Fund manager and custodian on asset under management;
- Investment Operation: Term deposit placement, process contract, bank documentation including opening and closing account with bank and broker, custodian. Review market value valuation and reconcile with actuary monthly basis.Trade settlement and review the broker confirmation and auction confirmation with trade order placed by investment
- Other tasks assigned by direct report.

Education and Experience
- The Bachelor of Economics
- Have worked on Life insurance at least 1 year
- Have treasury/reporting experiences at least 2 years.
- English fluent and good presentation skill
