Travel LOGISTICS Guru

The Travel Logistics Guru is a member of the Travel business team and is accountable for the researching, provision, implementation & smooth running of all VBH Travel logistics. You will work collaboratively with the travel, operations, and finance & administration teams. You will be on-call outside of normal hours for solving travel logistical problems as they occur. You will also make recommendations to improve services and monitor competitor services when they may be threatening. You will be the VBH Travel contact for all external travel operators.

*Key Objectives
- Respond to the guidance provided by our travel and operations team to develop, implement and monitor the operation of the necessary travel logistics.
- Have the ability to plan the most cost effective and valuable movement of VBH customers around Vietnam
- Develop and maintain a measurable system for monitoring the performance of VBH travel providers – external and internal
- Work with Hostel Manager and the marketing team to ensure travel information is accurate.
- Champion & maintain Junction 6 travel system both internally & externally

- CAN REPRESENT THE COMPANY IN A FUN BUT PROFESSIONAL MANNER TO ALL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
- HIGH LEVEL OF WRITTEN AND VERBAL ENGLISH
