Mô tả công việc

* Place of Work: 49 Hai Ba Trung street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi

- Deal with B2B customers, receive customers’ requests and advise appropriate programs and products.
- Design programs according to customers' requirements
- Make the quotation and send proposals to agents / customers
- Follow up proposals in order to achieve success of the proposals
- Solve problems, complaints (if any) during and after the trip
- Create and expand customer database
- Product inspections if necessary

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 year experiences in an inbound travel agency
- Good knowledge of destinations (especially Vietnam and Cambodia), teachniques to design and quote a proposal
- English fluency in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Good communication skill
- Careful, meticulous, able to work under high pressure
- Ability to travel
- High teamwork spirit
