Mô tả công việc
• Handle bookings which send from Travel Designers
• Inform Travel Designer about every important matter which affects bookings
• Ensure maximize utilization of RER hotels to be able to reach target
• Ensure that the sales units KPI’s are met and exceeded
• Create and revise quotations (if necessary concerning to the booking under responsibility)
• Coordinate with staff in operation offices to make sure that all requested services will be provided for clients
• Feedback and support to operations and CRM Team when clients experience trouble on spot or complain after their return.
• Coordinate with other departments to accomplish booking in every aspect
• Participate meetings and activities
• Work on ICS Tariff (if required)
• Stand by in shift

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in the travel and/ or hotel industry.
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Must be a good team player with strong communication skills.
• Be able to work under pressure
