MISSION
As Travel Executive, your mission is to ensure the concretization of exceptional travel experiences for our guests traveling in India, and maintain successful relationships with our suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contracting and Purchasing
- Ensure all partnerships are covered with a proper contract
- Negotiate excellent rates with suppliers and develop new partnerships
- Find new partners to match our pricing requirements
- Renegotiate on a frequent basis in order to match our target
Operations
- Be reactive (within 24 hours)
- Ensure quality of quotation shared with team
- Ensure all rates are in the TooGo database and updated frequently
- Ensure all hotels/experiences/partners are in the TooGo database and update frequently
- Provide expert advise on the destination and products to Travel Expert
- Be in charge of the bookings, and ensure they are verified before every tour
- Assist Travel Experts in the follow-up of guests on tour
- Be available to solve an issue happening on tour
- Participate to some guests briefings (when required)
- Close all files on TooGo in a timely manner, respecting managerial delays
Sales
- Possibly handle the sales of a few enquiries (when decided by Sales Manager)
Reporting
- Maintain with your team a monthly report on reactivity, renegotiations, room nights,…
